For all of our guests, we provide warm blankets during their stay with us. Pets are welcome to bring in toys when boarding, but Raintree Pet Resort will not be held responsible for items misplaced or damaged. Two toys may be brought in, provided that all personal belongings are permanently labeled with your pet's name and last name prior to arrival at the resort. Although we would like to welcome every pet, we do require certain vaccines for their safety. Cats need updated vaccination records that show current FVRCP, Leukemia, and Rabies within the last year. For your pet's protection, please make sure these vaccines are updated prior to arrival at the resort. Monday through Friday - 7:00am to 6:00pm Payment is due in full for all services

Raintree Pet Resort's Multi-level Cat Condominiums offer a great view of our beautiful 300 gallon salt water aquarium for entertainment! We take all of our house guests out once per day for stretch and exercise. For room service we offer IAMS, or you may bring in your own food in a sealed and labeled container. If needed, standard medications will be administered for $10.00 per day. We appreciate all medications brought in original containers if possible, with our guest's name and dosage amounts.
