Raintree Pet Resort takes all of our canine guests outside into our covered and misted outdoor pens twice per day for 15-20 minutes each time. For all of our guests, we provide thick, fluffy lambskin mats while boarding. We do accept toys; however, there is a limit of two toys per run. All personal belongings need to be permanently labeled with your pet's name and last name prior to arrival at the resort. Please, nothing the size of a tennis ball or smaller. Raintree Pet Resort will not be held responsible for items misplaced or damaged.

For room service we offer IAMS Mini Chunks, or you may bring in your dog's own food pre-packaged for each meal. If needed, standard medications will be administered for $2.00 per medication per day. Insulin will be administered for $10 per day. We appreciate all medications brought in original containers if possible, with our guest's name and dosage amounts.

We want to maintain a pest free environment. For your pet's protection and ours, we require that all dogs recieve the BIOSPOT Flea & Tick Treatment upon arrival. This spot applicated treatment is $7.99 for dogs under 35 pounds, $9.99 for dogs over 35 pounds, and lasts for up to a month. (Any puppy under four months of age or pets with medical conditions would be exempt with veterinarian note or verification through your veterinarian.)

Although we would like to welcome every pet, we do require certain vaccines for their safety. Dogs need updated vaccination records that show current DHLP-Parvo and Bordatella, within the last year, and have a current record for Rabies. For your pet's protection, please make sure these vaccines are updated prior to arrival at the resort.
