Raintree Rewards

Overview:

1. Join the Raintree Rewards Program simply by submitting your email address.

2. Earn 1 point per dollar of your spending on boarding, daycare, grooming, activities and retail. Some exclusions apply.*

3. Redeem points for Raintree Bucks or services. 2% of earned points turn into Raintree Bucks. For example, redeem 500 points for $10 to spend on services or retail at Raintree Pet Resort.

* Medication fees, after hours fees, vet charges, taxes, coupons, gift cards, pick up or delivery fees, trip charges, cancellation fees, and other miscellaneous charges are not considered qualified spending and do not earn reward points.

Restrictions:

• Customers may not redeem points and redeem coupons during the same transacation.
• The minimum redemption level for Raintree Bucks is 500 points for $10 of Raintree Bucks. Raintree Pet Resort is not able to retroactively award points.
• Points are earned may not be redeemed toward the same transaction. Rewards are not transferable and may only be redeemed by the person who earned them. No cash value.
• Raintree Pet Resort reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel this Program, the Terms or any part of the Program at any time for all participants or for any specific participant without prior notice.
• Membership may be cancelled at any time by the Member by notifying Raintree Pet Resort by email or phone.
• Membership may also be cancelled when the Member has any unpaid account balance with Raintree Pet Resort in excess of 14 days. Upon cancellation, membership will be deactivated and any unredeemed Rewards will be forfeited.
• Qualifying Purchase Amount is the amount paid at checkout after application of all promotions, coupons and Rewards redemption.
• Redeemed Raintree Bucks may not be used toward taxes.
